Clean Juice

I’ve been trying to find a way to reach your corporate offices. I wish so many of your dressing and hummus etc didn’t contain soy and or canola oil so that I could eat there more often.. also pretty sure at one point I somehow tired reaching out to your corporate offices about this and suggestions in regards to maybe considering to carry some hot peppers like Jalapeño or habanero peppers. I spent several days on this and was assured that the owner of a location in Melbourne was going to be speaking with the CEO of all the franchises and left my phone number and email and was told I would be contacted. I NEVER heard back whatsoever from anyone. I realize this location didn’t have anything to do with this, which is why I’m leaving a 5 star. However I have take a lot of business elsewhere because of the complete lack of communication/ responsiveness to customer feedback. Very disappointing.

PLEASE TIP THE LOVELY STAFF. I have been coming here since they first opened to get my daily juice fix and to do my school work. I have witnessed I’m the only person leaving these hard workers a tip. I see the employees hard work, just like a waitress their serving you and being the cook at the same time( personal experience ITS HARD) the least you can do is tip the human providing YOU your request. Employees are human too, don’t be cheap life is short so show your gratitude. Imagine that’s your child making customers drinks, wouldn’t you like to see your child being valued for their hard work and memorization.

I enjoy this place — they’re açaí bowls are my favorite. However, I recently tried one of the salad bowls, which was good for the most part. The only issue was that the avocado was very bruised and tasted rotten. Once mixed in with the salad, everything tasted off and made the salad not so enjoyable. Like I said, this place is very good and I’ll continue to be a customer, but I’d just have staff members be aware and check the quality of the ingredients before serving.

My experience was good today as like most visits. I was happy that the juice I ordered today was correct. My last visit before today wasn't as good- I paid extra for the no ice option with juice to the top and was disappointed that it had ice in it with less juice. Today like most other days it was correct. 😀

Love Clean Juice for their values and because they are helping me kick start my self love through healthy food journey. Organic and fresh! I’m very satisfied with the food! The app is where it’s at! The staff is also pretty awesome! Only gave 4 stars because though I requested no egg on both my salads this afternoon when I got home I discovered there was egg on both. They actually put a sticker on the lid of my salad the other day that said no egg. I’ll be sure to look for that sticker and do my part to make sure my food is correct before leaving.

The space is clean and bright and relatively quiet. The staff was very pleasant and quick. I had the longevity smoothie which was tasty. It seems like they have a wide array of options, as well as eco-conscious choices like reusable straws for purchase. The store does display a moderate religious point of view.
