Amazing service!! Anna, the young lady that attended us on Saturday evening was so kind and helpful even though we called with a last minute request.. I don’t know how she managed to make it happen, but she did. Thank you so much!! You put the biggest smile on my daughters face and she can’t stop talking about it :)

SAVED MY ANNIVERSARY! People can be so harsh; I'd like to share this location absolutely went above and beyond. Busy mom of toddlers with a wedding anniversary in the middle of the week, and no celebration plans for the weekend - thought I was doing a good deed by sending my husband treats to his workplace. Small problem; I sent the WRONG ADDRESS for his job (totally my fault!). The staff at this Edible Arrangements office quickly contacted me, and for a ridiculously underpriced fee, are making the trek almost 20 miles out of their way to make sure my husband gets his delivery today. Very nice staff, and very thoughtful people, definitely recommend and will be using them again... but this time to the right address =D

Your service is exceptional! I was sending a sympathy gift to my friend and wanted to surprise her. Unfortunately she surprised both the driver snd myself, when she was not home for the delivery because she was out of town for the weekend. The store was nice enough to remake and redeliver the gift for a small nominal charge for what I paid and I’m super grateful for them taking care of it. In these COVID times, it’s nice to have a business that cares about their customers.

Great service! Since they do this day in and day out, trust the experts. It was my first time ordering and I had planned to surprise my 90 year old grandma with a fresh fruit gift. Sending the gift was a great idea, but trying to surprise her was not. Since she didn’t know it was coming, she wasn’t answering the door or the driver’s call when he arrived. My grandma gets many spam calls and that’s what she thought this was. With the patience of a saint, the driver waited for me to call her and sure enough she answered. So, just some friendly advice. Consider your recipient before trying to surprise them. Let the gift they receive be the surprise, and let them know they’re receiving something. My grandma said at her age, the anticipation of trying to guess what she was getting would have added to her gift, not taken anything away.

I've been a customer of this store for several years now. Holidays are busy for everyone, but this store has always done a great job for me! The chocolate covered apples were beyond delicious and my kids were literally begging for more! Next time, I'll take a box for each of my kids (and myself)! Thank you for working with our unique schedule for the delivery! Your drivers are also the best!

I stopped by Edible Arrangements this evening hoping to get a treat cup of chocolate covered bananas or strawberries. Unfortunately, the store hours were incorrect on Google so I arrived at closing. The woman who was there was very friendly and did her best to help us leave happy despite the late drop in. Being aware of the mix-up, we were sure to keep our visit brief, but she never made us feel rushed while there. The treats we left with were refreshing and yummy. I'd be very happy to return to that store/location (during proper business hours- lol!). [*Note: Store hours have since been updated on Google.]

I'd like to complement the gentleman who delivered my arrangement and chocolate-covered strawberries this past Saturday. My son had ordered an arrangement for me for Mothers' Day, and it was delivered in great condition. I was not at the door the first 2 times (yes, 2) that delivery was attempted so the delivery person called my cell and left a message. I called him back, he promised to deliver again (3rd time) which he did promptly. Highly recommend this location, and in particular the driver on Saturday (wish I had gotten his name). Thanks again.

I highly recommend ordering from this location I will certainly be ordering again. Rachel helped me with my selection she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The presentation of the product was beautiful the fruit was delicious and was delivered wonderfully. The different shapes and the way the fruit is cut was just gorgeous a real work of art. Highly recommend they made my family's holiday season that much more sweet!
