I've only ever used the drive thru at this location. Always fast paced and polite (cant tell if their smiling,lol) and havent experienced a wrong order!

Amazingly nice staff! We passed by for coffee for a late night drive. They brewed it fresh for us and made sure it was strong. Really sweet of them, more people need to be like that!

Staff were very friendly. I can not image having to wear a facemask and gloves all day while working around fryers and ovens and STILL being friendly. Food and sweet tea were fresh, fries were hot. Thank you BK!

Good food... But the service?! The service was on point. We've been on the road for a while now with our pup. Stopped for a quick bite and they stopped us from driving away to give us a burger for our pup. 😍🍔 Whoever had the drive thru window this afternoon, thank you!!!!

The staff was very pleasant they took my order and my food was out in just a few minutes.
Again most Burger Kings are the same just can't get over that 2 for 6 Whopper deal, chicken deal, spicy chicken, and fish

I go to this BK fairly often and have never had anything but good service. Yesterday, there was a small issue with my burgers bun. It wasn't anything major, but I let them know so they could prevent it in the future. I had already eaten the burger, wasn't eating the bun anyway. The guy who made the food caught me just before I left and apologized profusely, told me to come in for lunch the next day and they'll take care of me. When I came in the next day they certainly did. Everyone is extremely nice there and were willing to go the extra mile to make something right, even though it wasn't a big issue. By far my favorite BK.

I love the staff. They're very personable with me. I come in often on my lunch break and they know what I like, which are fries and they're always hot. They really stepped it up a few days ago. I guess the cook forgot to add something to my sandwich and he made sure I got it, even though i was about halfway up the street lol! Keep it up guys and girls!

It's not too often that you get fast food with a smile. This Burger King gave us just that. Veronica and her associates did a fantastic job of preparing our food. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms. Everyone was in a very good mood. I would definitely come back to this Burger King if I ever needed to stop at this particular exit again. The managers and owners of this store should be very proud of their fantastic employees.

I am all the way from Virginia. I must say this is by far the BEST customer service I have had a Burger King in a long time. Cashier was friendly, smiled and didn't act like I was a inconvenience... like I've gotten at other fast food restaurants. Keep up the good work .
