I have been ordering pizza from here for a couple of years and never had a single problem. Then again, I don't expect to have any problems ordering pizza. What makes me want to write a positive review is the outstanding customer service I received when I wanted to get an issue resolved.
I called to order a pizza and I was informed that there was an online, "buy one get one free," deal in progress. When I tried to order online I ran into a problem. Even though I found the ad on the website, the "order now" button in the ad didn't seem to give any discount. I ended up using a different promo code and after we got our pizza, filed an online complaint. About 20 min after I filed the complaint, I received a phone call from a manager at this store, where I had originally called and where the pizza had come from. He was able to void the order and re-ring it up correctly, even though I had paid with a gift card and a credit card, and used another promo code at checkout. I was very impressed with how quickly and effectively my issue was resolved. So much so, that I wanted to write this positive review.
Papa bless! Always good. Many orders have been made here and they've all been great. Exactly what we wanted and easily accessible since it's in mini mall.

The store is very clean, open and inviting. The staff are very friendly too! Always great specials and excellent food!
