Food was EXCELLENT and cooked to order! Service was on point. No kids menu which would have been nice, but the Shackburger single was just right for my 9 yr old and 5 yr old. We'll definitely be going back very soon!!!!

Ok first time there. It was a Friday night and it was busssy. Talked with a few patrons and they said they had never seen it that busy. I guess I brought them in since I was in a hurry. Well it took awhile to get our food, quite awhile. We had a table so it was better than standing. The food was really good, no complaints, especially as busy as it was. Will I go back? Yes just not on a weekend unless it's before 5.

Not a bad spot for a semi quick drop in for a burger and shake. The ordering process was super easy. Just will take a few minutes to get to off the interstate.

Self-ordering was quick and easy. Food arrived hot within just a few minutes and the burgers and fries were outstanding. My new favorite burger joint. The restaurant (inside and the outdoor patio) and restrooms were impeccably clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Clean restaurant very kind and friendly staff. Gluten free bun and I customized my burger to have no cheese so it’s mostly dairy free (they probably use butter cooking the burger. Very sweet of the staff to give my service dog a bone for a treat:) dogs are allowed on the patio and they have water bowls they clean!

A Little late, but thank you Shake Shack Sarasota UTC for the sweet birthday gesture. The Shake Shack crew heard my group singing happy birthday and sent this to our table, unsolicited, with their own happy birthday rendition! So sweet!

Food: Outstandingly good considering this is a fast food chain. It’s probably better than some of the more fancier restaurants out there!
Service: The food was brought to our table in a relatively short amount of time, and the order was delivered with everything we ordered.
Atmosphere: Not much to say, clean and calm.

Awesome Shack Burger. The cheesy bacon fired almost certainly gave me a stomach ache. The shake had a thick layer of chocolate sprinkles at the bottom that made it hard to drink through the small straws. On both occasions we were here, we were not given our ordered sauce with our chicken. The Shack sauce isn’t that good in my opinion, but the honey mustard is very good. Deserves 4 stars for the great burger and drink.

Food is very good, savory. Not like fast food. The location is very clean. Self order kiosks are super easy to use. I had shoom & cheese burger & cup of water. Was impressed with unique ingredients. Price was $12. With tax. 5 stars. Came back for bacon, cheese fries. The cheese is different but in a good way. I did not wait for text I got my order at counter so temp was perfect. Will be back!
