Went here to get some food Saturday May 13th and I believe the associates name was Tim and he was working the night shift. He greeted me with a smile, a question about my day, and then asked me what I would like to eat. It was very out of the ordinary as I am not used to Jersey Mike's associates being outgoing, friendly, and actually hosting conversation. I loved my interaction with the said employee and will be back if and when he works again. Thanks Tim!!!!!

So yesterday 1/14/2022 I went to jersey mikes for the first time and I really have been craving sandwiches 13 weeks pregnant well if any knows you can’t eat deli meat while pregnant unless it’s cooked in a skillet or on the grill, I kindly asked the girl that was taking orders of the could do that but if not it’s okay no worries. The whole staff was so kind and they made sure the meat was cooked for a while and the girl that took my order was the one to make sure is was cooked by doing it herself. They went above and beyond to help my craving and the sandwich was so good!! Thank you jersey mikes for make my craving possible!!!
