Building and parking lot are in bad shape, but by far food and service has been the best I've had in any Ihop before. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Server even wasn't super friendly, was very attentive and we never missed a thing on the table. Overall was a very good experience.

It has been years since I've been to an IHOP, so I was not expecting anything great, to be honest. But, in looking at the menu, they have some surprisingly wellcrafted dishes. I had the Colorado Omelette, and it was actually really good. This location was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

IHOP is the place that meant to destroy hunger. Portions are big and the food is very comforting. For a decent price you can leave the table with the strong wish to never eat that much again. How to resist a good dozen of varieties of pancakes and crepes? And it's just a pancake variety. Try their omelettes, it's meant for one person, but made to feed two. Service is quick and fun.

Our waitress was nice, pleasant and quick with everything.
At check out however, we were ignored by the other wait staff near the cashier's station. When I put my recipe into the hands of one person, they said " Nope not mine, your server has to check you out". Stupid policy. Three wait staff ignoring your customers, one of them could have just said "your waitress will be here in a second she has to check you out".

It was pretty busy for a Wednesday but our waitress Maryellen was prompt in greeting us, comical in offering suggestions, and quick to attend to our every need. The kitchen staff offered a presentable plate with everything prepared just as we requested. Five stars downtown IHOP. Highly recommend this location.

My girlfriend ordered her birthday breakfast at this establishment and it all came out wrong. After speaking to Bill (the manager), he immediately corrected the order and apologized, telling me that they were out of the mousse for the chocolate pancakes, and they could not stop people from ordering the item online.
The food came out quickly and was exactly what we originally expected. I really appreciate how kind Bill and the waitress were. We’ll definitely be returning.

Lovely little spot to get breakfast. Really busy on the weekends, but not much more than a 10-20 minute wait. The waiters and waitresses work fast and together like a well oiled machine. The food was fresh and cooked to order, would definitely come back here for breakfast someday.

5 stars for the kitchen! Order came out super fast, hot and exactly what we ordered.
Now the Hostess... she was non-informative or attentive. We literally had to make a line to get seated, she was not taking names. She gave the vibe that she did not want to be there.

We arrived on a Saturday at 10:30am and were seated within the first 60 seconds, with menus and utensils. Our server appeared right away and took our drink orders and returned quickly with coffee and the soft drinks we ordered. We placed our orders, and when the food came, it was cooked exactly right. Even our eggs over easy were cooked perfectly. Hash browns, perfect. Pancakes, perfect. The server checked in with us to refresh our soft drinks before the glasses were empty. We will definitely be back again.
