Dunkin'

The coffee was amazing 😍🤩!!! The barista there knew exactly what I was talking about and even knew how to fix the problem I was having between ordering the iced coffee online and in store. I was adding sugar in the store order and the taste was way different. The entire staff was friendly and efficient and even reminded me that I could get a free donut. The atmosphere was mellow and welcoming and I don't think I have ever seen a store so clean 🫧. As a side note I will also say that the everything bagel stuffer (I don't think I am saying that right) pk of 2 are so yummy 😋! It's a bagel bite stuffed with cream cheese, so satisfying.

I’m not a huge Dunkin fan however I thought this location and the workers deserved a shout out. They were pleasant and accommodating. They were out of individual milk so they offered to make me a chocolate milk in a cup for my kids and also apologized for the inconvenience. The food took a big of time and they again apologized and thanked me for being patient. The world would be a lot better if we all gave each other some grace rather than always being upset when things aren’t perfect. Thank you for a pleasant experience this morning.

Tried my luck today at 2pm. Sign taped over other signs, "until further notice, this location is closing at 1pm due to staffing issues". I'm giving up permanately on this location. Too many problems for too long. Ever thought of paying your employees a living wage? "FREE donuts for employees" will NOT pay their rent!! LMFDAO !!! (D IS FOR DONUT) HAHAHAHAH NOTE : I am updating my review. This location has finally gotten their act together. The staff are nice, efficient, helpfull and give great customer service. They have me back as a customer and it seems that I'm not the only customer who has returned! Well done!!!!
