I recently had a lunch adventure at Taco Bell that can only be described as a gastrointestinal rollercoaster. First, I indulged in a crunchy taco, which was like biting into a percussion instrument filled with seasoned mystery meat. Then came the crunch wrap supreme, a tortilla origami masterpiece. It was so crunchy that I half-expected it to burst into a mariachi band of flavor. The crunchwrap lived up to its name, and my taste buds danced a cha-cha they'll never forget. But what really pushed the experience to the next level was the Diet Mountain Dew. I mean, why bother with regular soda when you can have a diet version and save calories? Little did I know that it would turn my stomach into a sound effects library. The carbonation was like a symphony of bubbles, making me the one-man percussion section of the bathroom orchestra. After my lunchtime fiesta, my visit to the bathroom was like a trip to a culinary-themed amusement park. There were rumblings, gurgles, and more sound effects than a sci-fi movie. I half-expected to find a director's chair in there, and I was the star of the show. So, my Taco Bell adventure was a gastronomic thrill ride that I won't soon forget. If you're looking for a meal with a side of gastrointestinal percussion, Taco Bell is the place to go. Just be sure to bring your sense of humor and a good book, because you might be in there a while! 🌮🚽😂

Super fast service. Very nice female employee at the drive-through window. There are many great deals on the app, especially the cravings boxes, which apparently don't come with a box any more. We miss that a lot because it cuts down on mess, and this food is super messy. However, this app is difficult to work. When you get to the PAY page, it looks as if you have paid but you haven't. That needs to be fixed and fire the web designer. Really!/ 7-9-23 FINALLY!!!! They actually put the box items in BOXES as they are supposed to, instead of dumping everything into a bag. Great!!!!

GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! 5557 FRUITVILLE RD EXCEPTIONAL FOOD & SERVICE!!! And whatever you do AVOID LOCATION 5811 BEE RIDGE (FOOD & SERVICE SUUUUUUCKED) EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! BUT WHEN I ARRIVED JUST MINUTES LATER AT 5557 FRUITVILLE RD the drive thru employee was SUPER POLITE AND FRIENDLY (NEW GUY DARK HAIR AND ARLETHEA MANAGER) BOTH WONDERFUL AND SUPER FAST SERVICE!! Even asked if I was having a good day!! Gave tons extra taco sauce FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH!! YAY NOT SOGGY NACHO FRIES like the horrible BEE RIDGE LOCATION... LITERALLY NIGHT AND DAY SERVICE.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! EXCELLENT FOOD & SERVICE THANK YOU!!!

Well it was fine, we ordered our at the kiosk where you order yourself and we sat down and was waiting for our food honestly I didn't think we were waiting a long time and then they gave us our cups for our drink and the girl came over was to go I'm so sorry it's taking so long here's some coupons for your wait time and I didn't think we were waiting unreasonably long and then I'm looking at the coupons and they were expired so kind of felt like a slap in the face I wasn't even complaining about waiting kind of weird

Got it right this time! Whoever was working around 9:30pm on 02/06/23.. Wonderful job! I've been many a time, day and night, and am not always satisfied with food/service.. the two people I noticed last night are the same two people I saw working the time before, in which I was satisfied with a 5 star rating. Thank you Bell Crew!! Keep it up!

Edit: it's been about a year since I left the review below. Today (5/16/18) I had completely excellent customer service thanks to cashier Eric W and I'm happy to change my original two star review to a five star review. Thanks Eric for being EXTREMELY polite, very mature, patient with my questions, respectful of my vegetarian request, very efficient. Actually the nicest cashier I've experienced at this location. I hope those other girls I wrote that review about below have moved to other occupations. Giving two stars because of the customer service I just received (July 10, 2017 at 10 pm - didn't give me a receipt, didn't ask if I wanted one) . What I ordered: 1 Mexican pizza. 3 soft taco Supremes without lettuce because my father is allergic to lettuce. 1 nacho bell grande. 2 cinnamon twists. Came out to $15.47. What I got: Mexican pizza (fine), nacho bell grande (fine), 4 soft regular tacos all with lettuce, no cinnamon twists. I paid $15.47 for probably an $8 meal for what I got. It wasn't the cashier's fault because everything was correct on the screen. The cashier was giggling over her headseat saying the kitchen crew is telling her pickup lines. Seriously?????
