Dunkin'

Today started out a bit stressful. I made an appt to get some tires at 8a.m. online with local place. When I arrived at 8, I was told the "tire guys" didn't arrive until 9...ugh...Not the best way to start my birthday. I promptly went to my local Dunkin for a yummy pumpkin iced latte. It was so yummy and the customer service was so kind. And to top it off after explaining my.morning dilemma, the Mgr gave me a donut for my bday. Thanks DD! You're the best!!

The person who requested our order was amazing! You usually don’t get much personality and happy-go-lucky when going through a drive through (understandable, I wouldn’t want to be there either), but this guy made our day with how cheerful he was and the multiple confirmations of our order. Food is great, service is amazing! :)

I just had the worst experience at my favorite Dunkin, a new employee was extremely rude to me when I requested a box for my daughter’s fried egg. She stated it comes in a bag and she will not give me a box. I offered to pay for the box and explained my daughter is 3 and the hot egg burns her through the box, she said I don’t care about your reasons, slammed the window and walked away…I waited for awhile and then left. I called the store and requested to speak to the manager, the same girl answered the phone and insulted my intelligence by telling me she is Ryan the manager and that decision was made because things have changed and I will not get a box, I requested contact information for the regional representative, and she said you are not getting that here and slammed the phone down. One employee can turns track record of positive experiences in the blink of an eye….last weekend I enjoyed breakfast here and commended the gentleman who made me perfect refreshers. I know there is a staffing shortage but hiring inhumane individuals is counterproductive. I would have preferred the service of a robot. ****Update, I have changed my one star review. I called on Saturday and spoke to the regional manager “David”, who turned out to be the gentleman who made the refreshers last weekend. He was so regretful of the experience and sincerely expressed a desire to create a positive experience and to make the situation right. David, I can’t thank you enough for restoring the respect and excellent service that I am used to having. Cheers!

I visit DD a lot. It's a good but can be bad habit if you're counting calories. I like the DD Coffee plus the price is much less compared to Starbucks. Donuts are plentiful, large variety, sweet, and full of calories. Sometimes it's fun to break the diet rules. Fantastic! Enjoy! 😋 I visited again. Never disappointed with a trip to DD for my standard coffee and donut order. It's part of my morning routine at least twice a week. A habit I will never break. Another visit on 2022-06-06 to my favorite coffee house. That Large Hot Coffee and a Coffee Roll gets me started for the day 😋 So Good!
