Really nice girl at the counter. Lots of choices. Good value. Dine in. The drive thru is ridiculously slow. 10/24/23 I guess they didn't make enough chicken because 6 cars came through the drive-through, and every one of them had to pull through and park. The poor cashier had to run back and forth, passing out the orders. That was weird.

Mary your Manager was amazing yesterday. I got someone else’s meal a few days prior. As soon as I got home and looked I saw this was not my food. I called and the other manager said she wrote my name down and to come back in for what I really ordered. Well as soon as I got there yesterday they said that this is not protocol and that I was supposed to call a one 800 number to get my money back instead of coming back in to get the food like the other manager said. Mary was very polite and said you know what I’m gonna go ahead and give you your food so just make sure that you call the 1800 number next time. The food was perfect this time. Thanks to Mary.

I was sent on a mission to find mashed potatoes & gravy by my wife who has been hospitalized for over two months & my 1st thought was KFC! The staff at the Bee Ridge Road store was eager & willing to help with friendly service, I walked away with not only mashed potato order, but a chicken tenders dinner that was delicious. Thank you for a clean, friendly, helpful experience!

I read alot of reviews for this KFC. They are bad but I was close and decided to try it anyway. I went in to order. First it was clean. We opted to even eat there instead of making a mess in the car. It took a few minutes to order as the line for drive thru was very long. Two young men were working very hard. One took my order and about 5 minutes it was ready. Everything was perfect. No mustakes, the food was hot and the man who brought it out was nice. A few minutes later a young lady worker appeared, evidently she was in the bathroom or on a break. The 3 of them worked non stop while we were there and the drive thru line was endless, yet moving smoothly. The reviews were not what I saw. They may have had a difficult day. Today alll was very good. Give them a try, I have no complaints and a lot of praise Keep up the great work.

We actually visited here a few weeks ago and the customer service was VERY exceptional. The manager on shift was very honest about having limited help and being able to complete an order would take some time but if we were willing to wait it would be nice and fresh (we had a big order). We waited and our order came out very fresh, all items were correct, and they were able to work through their rush as a team with extremely limited help during a dinner hour. I didn't grab the woman's name but hopefully someone sees this. She was working a afternoon/evening shift. She definitely deserves some appreciation from her store.
