Chicken Kitchen

Good healthy food. This is the place to get a nice fast casual meal. It is alot like Chipotle, except the only meat they serve here is chicken. Its good food - not friend or greasy - it's grilled to perfection. I loved my meal, and will be coming here any chance I can get. If health is of any importance to you, this is the place to be. It's also very convenient that they are right next to a smoothie Cafe. This place is a good alternative to all the garbage that comes out of the drive thrus at any fast food joint. And the staff in there is very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Their food here is really good, but the customer service has been consistently declining over the past few months and that is really unfortunate. I used to go here at least two or three times a week. However, since the service has been on the decline, I only go once or twice a month now. I recently stopped in on a Sunday around 1pm for lunch and was told by an employee that they were closed all day for a catering event because they had essentially fired all of the staff to start over. It's really hard to recommend Chicken Kitchen again until they improve their customer service.

This restaurant serves some of my favorite food in Sarasota; however, the employees that maintain the restaurant are unprofessional, inefficient and poorly trained. I love the food that Chicken Kitchen provides, but it’s very difficult to overlook the poor service provided by the staff. This is not a one-off observation. I have been eating here once a week for a few years and the staff has become progressively worse at presenting a professional workplace culture. They constantly talk amongst themselves (crudely) while ignoring customers, offer very little help when typical restaurant adversities occur, and overall seem to be poorly trained in the standards that any restaurant typically adopts. Again, love the product, but would love to see some managerial oversight at this location.

Visited this location today. Had not been to a Chicken Kitchen since living in Miami back in 2003. A lot had changed. I shared my past experience with Chicken Kitchen and Iris welcomes me back and was extremely welcoming. The customer service I received from Iris and those in her charge was excellent and appreciated. Food was great. Thank you and thanks for the pita!

This was the first time I went to Chicken Kitchen. The food was good. The service was good. The one thing I did not like was that only one person was preparing food. We had to wsit about 7 minutes on the perdon in front. There should be 2 people that waited on customers. I know they have more than 1 knife. 😁. The wrap was delicious. You need to put some of these in Tampa.
