Smoothie King

I order ahead a lot on the app, picking up at this location frequently. This store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and on top of it, even when they’re busy. It’s nice this location is next to Crunch for post workout smoothies, though most of my orders are in the morning for breakfast before going to work. This location has never messed up a smoothie- another has. Not to say it wasn’t their honest mistake but only to point out that when I get the same smoothie a second or third time, it always taste the same & it tastes good. They are consistent. They say they will make you another smoothie if you aren’t satisfied anyway! I love the enhancers. And customizing a smoothie on the app is really nice and convenient. Thanks for making this a regular in my order online routine!

I came into this store location for the first time last Wednesday morning, and had the best experience I just had to share. It was pretty busy when I came in, and I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted by the time I got to the front of the line. The employees there that morning were really patient with me and accommodating, even with how busy it was they took the time to make sure I got what I wanted while still helping everyone else in the store. I believe it was the manager that was ringing me up, but everyone was super nice and helpful, it made my day! Not sure when I will be back because I don’t live close, but the next time I am in the area I will definitely be coming back!

Place was very clean. The lady at the register was very helpful and did not have an attitude or rush me when I was trying to set up the app and was having issues. She was also very helpful with choosing which smoothie I might like or want. They were also quick when making 3 large smoothies for me. Would recommend this one.

Delicious smoothies at a premium cost. Love the menu options and ability to get a wide variety of flavors. However, the price is steep, and only gets steeper with your customization. Not a place I would be willing to fork up money to all the time and will invest in making my own smoothies to save money, especially since my smoothie choice is super simple and easy to make. Service could be better, yesterday I went ( on vacation and there is no smoothie king in my area) and the total was $8. Today, I went to another location, asked for the SAME thing and it was $10.xx. Questioned cashier and he didn’t know or cared. Overall good quality ingredients but be aware the prices depend on the cashier and they are pricey.

We received excellent customer service from Piper at this location. She was very knowledgeable and patient while we asked questions relating to ingredients in the smoothies we were ordering. She assured that our experience and smoothies were above the too. Thank you Piper. We will return to this location.
