Favorite fast food place! If you need a flavorful meal real quick definitely one of my go-to’s! Love the new cheesy filled yucca bites! Service and staff were super friendly!

I’ve eaten at this location a couple times, but have never been impressed with the customer service; until today! Today I had the pleasure of having Nick take my order. Not only were they completely patient with me while I decided on what all to order, but they were sweet and kind during the whole process! Because of Nick I will definitely stop by more often and hope to see their bright smile ♥

Not the same place it was 2 years ago. Used to have the sauce bar you’d get what yah needed. Now they fill ur drinks and give you small cups of sauce. When you ask for 4 they look at you funny sometimes. All in all still enjoy it.

This is a large "Tropic chop" by the way. Grilled chicken, yellow rice, black beans, tomatoes, onions, and corn. The curry mustard is to die for! 😋🤤

The first time i come to a Pollo Tropical, all clean, no chlorine smell. I ordered grill chicken, and the first time, that was well cooked, juicy and had taste. Rice well made and good black beans.
It's impressive to have such luck with a low-cost menu.
Hope it repeats its service in this location.

Great place, always fresh and friendly staff! We had an issue with our card and Danny really made sure that we didn’t leave hungry. Highly recommend for a quick dinner or lunch!

What I like about Pollo Tropical is the convenience. You can find it almost anywhere in south Florida and the food is great and inexpensive, if you like chicken that is. This location was no different. It was clean. The servers were kind. I ordered the half chicken and got black beans and yellow rice as the two sides you get with the meal. The chicken was nice and juicy, which sometimes you don't get in Pollo Tropical. Sometimes, at some locations they have it really chewy and dry. But IMO they did it right here. I got the pineapple rum sauce and the garlic ranch sauce. Pollo Tropical used to have sauce counter on the outside but I guess they have changed it now and you have to ask the servers for them. I enjoyed my food here.

There's a reason why Pollo Tropical is always busy . Service could be better , but I understand. When you've got that many customers to cater to in such a small amount of time, mistakes can be made .
