Pizza Hut

Good, reliable pizza. Great service. When I went last week, I had to add an additional pizza for *someone* who waited until after I ordered (on the Pizza Hut app), and the dude manning the cashier was happy to help and added it to my order no problem (which is good because it was a group order). They’re also well-staffed, in numbers and quality of workers. My only reservation is that I didn’t get points for the pizza that I added in-person, which kinda hurts because every pizza gets you a step closer to free breadsticks.

Changing my review bc when I called today the manager resolved the issue and cared for his customer which is what its all about. One star to four star. So I go to pick up my pizza last night and call them for the curbside delivery. I give my name and he says my order was voided out. Supposedly there system went down? I said hmmm well I didn't cancel it let me check my bank account. Nope you sure took my payment still. How bout just make me the pizza I ordered real quick. He says well that will take 45 minutes. I said making a pizza should take no more than 15 minutes. I am here and would like it if you could make my order. He says nope it'll take 45 minutes. I said well you have my payment already and I'd like my order or if not refund my money. He says well it shows voided on my end so it is refunded. So here it is a day later and my money still hasn't been returned and I didn't get my pizza either. Shame on these people and especially the guy I talked to who wasn't willing to make my paid order. You have lost my business for good.

Memorial Day. Had the pleasure of dealing with Craig Who works at this location. He was extremely professional and polite. He made my experience here welcoming and not to mention my pizza was made to perfection. I have owned several restaurants and it’s employees such as Craig that bring the rate of retention up! Good job!
