Porky's Fusion Bbq Asian Fusion Restaraunt

Wanted to try a new place today and decided to try Porky's! Overall amazing experience! Yong, the chef came out and explained menu items to us and was very kind and helpful! I ended up getting the Porky's BBQ Ramen bowl and it was so tasty and had the perfect amount of kick to it! Defintely will be returning to try a rice bowl or the tacos! If you're all about supporting local places this is a must! Thank you Yong for a great lunch! :)

Went to try this place for the first time today after hearing great things about it. It was delicious, affordable, and appealing to the eye. The chef/owner came out and explained the menu and gave recommendations and came back out to see how we liked it. Check it out, especially if you want to try something new!

This is absolutely one of the best fusion Korean places in town!! It might be a small exterior but their food is bursting with fabulous flavors that make you just want to try everything they offer on the menu. I have been here several times and everything I have ordered has always pleased my taste buds. Their spicy chopped pork sub and ramen is an absolute must! Not only is their food heaven the people there are super friendly! We happen to spot the owner there and found him pleasantly inviting and friendly. You can tell he really appreciates his customers! Overall, this small mom and pop restaurant is wonderful choice for quick small bites!

Sarasota has an abundant of hopelessly average to high quality Asian fare,I stumbled across this great little establishment today!First ..small place would say occupancy 30 to 40 patrons,can imagine peak hours would entail a long wait!however food came out in a nano second! Hot delicious ,very fresh too! The Owner and staff extremely nice ,yes it is on Us 41 not much of a view perse! Interior very clean bright and comfortable,ordered spicy pork bimbipap.extremely tender seared strip of deliciousness with rice and a fantastic assortment of perfectly cooked vegatables as well as a decent portion 8 bucks(really)also had the fried dumpling just as satisfying as the main course ,also brought home ramen dish not a lot of broth, however it was aromatic delicious Korean flavors with perfectly cooked noodles it appears they are in the preliminary stages of advancing their menu to a larger scale ...for now its speaks for itself,won’t dissapoint must try! I new competitor for the few great ones out there!

When I saw the sign a few weeks ago I was curious but what hooked me was finding out it the bbq is about Korean not southern! Went last night and had the bibibap with pork. Yum yum yum! Great flavors, tender, just the right spice. Friendly service. The place was packed! Great sign, great addition to the north trail. Have to decide what to try next. Probably the kalbi!
