Just want to shout out to Viviana for the wonderful service! I have celiac so it’s always a struggle to eat out but not here. Even though it was a busy the minute I told her I had a gluten allergy she knew exactly what to do. Viviana was super careful about not cross contaminating while still informing me that they can’t guarantee 100% gluten free which I completely understand. Just want to say thank you so much!! On behalf of people with allergies we really appreciate people like you!!

Cold stone never disappoints. We loved it so much we came twice on vacation! I recommend the German chocolate cake or anything with peanut butter!

Stopped in at Cold Stone Creamery as a treat for my son since the location was slow and no one else was in the shop. The staff was very friendly and energetic. I felt that the ice cream and toppings were not mixed together like they usually do. All the toppings were stuck more in the middle. It was still delicious but was not your typical creamy blend. One team member mixed mine and the other mixed my son's and both had the same issue.

Excellent ice-creamery. Had the coffee/heath bar flavor, the employees working there were quick, and friendly. My wife and I went out for a quick treat, and were both pleasantly surprised. Excellent experience would definitely recommend to anyone looking for 🍨 🍦 🍨🍦🍨. Location is pretty great too, convenient to most of Sarasota.

The employee was a very good sport, considering my son and daughters antics! Made the experience memorable. Everyone laughed. Ice cream was great and delicious, prices good. Store clean, location easy, enjoyable experience.
