Mcdonald's

I've always liked McDonald's. We've all pretty much always liked McDonald's. It just seems to have lost some human touch. Food is great, service is great, and for an established chain, that's what you would expect. I just wonder what they're ultimate goal is in regards to what their brand really is. That used to be play place and biggie size and children's happy meals with the toy. Now it seems impersonal and robotic. I guess that's progress and we're all going to have to deal with it.

I know - it's a McDonald's, but lately I've been noticing a difference in these chains and this one is very good. My son and myself have been ordering the filet-o-fish sandwiches lately and this place made it well. It seemed fresher and the sandwich just looked better than most places. We also liked the french fries in particular at this McDonald's and the chicken nuggets were also good. Dessert were good. Apple pie and the ice cream. Overall the staff was pleasant and helpful in this particular location.

I had to walk to a nearby Doctors office and stopped in on my way home. The store was very clean, including the bathroom. The staff member who took my order was extremely polite and helpful. He even managed to make my meal cheaper. He had me take a seat and brought me my food when it was ready. The food itself was very tasty and warm. The mocha frappe was cold and refreshing. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Holy cow I never thought I would review a McDonalds but, here we go. What an excellent experience. We were greeted as we entered and albeit there being many kiosks available to order a nice gentleman took our order up front. He repeated the order and was very accommodating of any request we had. It took a few minutes to get our food since they were switching to lunch. The employee thanked us for waiting and was so polite. I could not believe the customer service. A++ Glad I went in instead of eating my hangover food shamefully in my car.

Very busy when we went there but very organized. Had the order done right I got the 40 piece chicken nugget and two large fries with two McChickens and a medium size. Sad part is they only give you like four sauces. That's like 10 nuggets in each little packet. Anything else you have to buy. Other than that the food was good. I haven't had McDonald's in 10 years

So, I have not been to McDonald's in probably at least 2 years. Since then they have updated everything. I still prefer to order with a person. There was a nice young man who took my order. When the order was ready, the young man walked out from behind the counter and brought handed the bag to me. Inthought the service was great, the atmosphere was good. I was pleased with everything.
