Food is very good and they are always quick to make it. I never have any complaints on portion size. Atmosphere, well this is more or less a great place for take out Chinese as the restaurant itself is just so so thus why I gave the atmosphere a 3 star. People are very friendly there and we have been going to this place for over 10 years now.

Cleanest Chinese Restaurant in Sarasota County...
China Taste gets FAR better health inspections than all Chinese and most Asian restaurants in Sarasota County.
I'm sick of reading great reviews for restaurants then finding out how dirty they are.
We've gone here for years for the best General Tso's, Lo Mein, Kung Pao and Steamed dumplings (they make the best dipping sauce.)
They are:
1. Fast
2. Accurate
3. Accommodating (spice level, etc.)
4. Clean
5. Many of the most popular dishes in town
NO restaurant is perfect, especially these days but China Taste has been consistently very good, very fast and very clean since the day they opened.
I'm done for good, when I want Chinese it's China Taste (8258 Bee Ridge Road)
