The Tea House

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME and felt more like I was in Gainesville than Sarasota! This place nailed it! Great service, great tea, free wifi, outlets to recharge. Geez, if they offered vegan pastries I'd add another star if I could (hint, hint!). Perfect ambiance. Perfect place for college students. I hope word gets out about them, customers tip big, and this place has a long, happy life there! Wish I had a pic to share, but if they're still around next time I visit SRQ, I'd go out of my way to support them & update my review with a photo.

So many tea options, and all so good! Love sitting outside when it's nice out and drinking tea. I tried this one tea that tasted like fruit loops, and it was amazing!!! I can't remember what it was called, but the worker was the one who suggested it. Love the cute little lights outside too and the vintage chairs. It's the best on Thursday nights when it's open mic night!!

The tea we had was a blooming tea that is quite lovely by itself or with a bit of honey. The server though one feels like a full restaurant staff with how quick and satisfactory she was. Not her fault everyone is out due to them being sick. I ate a pizza tomatoe topped dish. Overall i was enjoying the quiet evening with my hubby drinking the best teas i could have. Though selection was lowered due to their distributor issues which is not in their control. Which is being corrected now so help give them money so they can get to greatness much quicker then it already is getting.

Very happy with my experience! I heard so much about this place being amazing so I decided to go with my best friend and we were immediately greeted with a smile and a welcome. I know nothing about Tea and never been to a tea house and the lady working (Dana?) Helped me and didn't mind my extcive questions. Then me and my friend sat down while she served us our order. This place is beautiful and calming. Defently coming back!
