Everyone is so nice and the food is great. The flatbread with mozzarella and pesto was a favorite.

After a day at the beach. My family and I decided to come to eat in Bridges Resturant. It was inside the beautiful Hotel. There free parking and an amazing view. Are server tonight was amazing and super friendly. The food was on point. I had bake salmon with roasted potatoes and veggies. I would highly recommend this place. The menu price was a little pricey but it was worth it.

Sim bad is a great bartender with fantastic people skills. He works hard and always aims to please. I observed his work ethic and communication with customers creating a good vibe!

Did not eat there but did have drinks during the manger's reception each night we were there. The bartender, Sinbad, was great! Made good G&Ts ! Even went back to see him after we returned from our evening out.

Tonight we had the Fra Diablo which had good taste. The main problem was the shrimp and some of the other seafood was overcooked. The dish seemed to be overcooked and was maybe was microwaved to heat it up. I should have probably ordered a sandwich. This is a Nice small restaurant though.

Best pastrami sandwich I’ve had since leaving NYC. Sol’s deli menu in the Bridges restaurant fills a void Sarasota sorely needs. His homemade cheesecake is FABULOUS!!!!!! This is a must.

My husband and I were excited to try Sol’s deli menu but also very skeptical, because finding good Jewish food outside of New York is almost impossible. If it was half as good as our memories from Carnegie Deli it would have been good enough, but we were BLOWN AWAY. We got a pastrami sandwich and a reuben, and both were melt-in-your-mouth good. Aside from the quality of the meat, what surprised us the most was the bread. Most deli sandwiches are made using the cheap, grocery store pre-sliced stuff. This bread was thick-sliced, buttery and tasted like straight out of some high-end bakery. So good! I would be happy just to eat a bunch of that buttered toasted bread to be honest. Oh, and we also had the matzoh ball soup which was better than my late great-grandma’s and that’s saying a lot. Thanks Sol for bringing a piece of Jewish tradition to a not very Jewish part of Florida so that I can enjoy the taste of my childhood without having to catch a plane back to the homeland. We’ll be back soon!
