I went to Ben's Soft Pretzels in Sarasota for the first time last weekend and am SO glad I did. I absolutely loved it! The gentleman working the counter was friendly and inviting, and offered some helpful information about their products. The pretzel itself was delightfully large and tasted fresh in every possible way. It was perfectly chewy (not dry or rubbery) and tasted like it was made in-house with all natural ingredients (other pretzel chains have tasted like they use additives or are overly processed, in my opinion). I grew up eating soft Philadelphia and NY pretzels but haven't had a good one of those in years. It's been so long I thought I'd never have a delicious soft pretzel again. Then I found Ben. <3 I acknowledge these pretzels are nothing like Philly or NY pretzels, but I'm fairly certain they're the best soft pretzels I've ever eaten. I'm already looking forward to when I can get more! Thank you, Ben and friends!
