I live close to the mall and since having my daughter, I've joined an amazing class called Fit4Mom. After the class I grab a coffee from Starbucks and Patrick has been there. He is always incredibly kind and even remembered our names asking how my daughter is doing and everything! It really stands out to me as you can see in my previous review 5 years ago that service isn't always perfect but it really shows when it is or even jist being personable and kind goes a long way! Thanks for being kind to my daughter and I at our weekly visits!

I been coming to the UTC mall since it opened and visit the Starbucks regulary. I haven't always got the best service but I get the ABSOLUTE BEST service everytime THEODORE is there. He is always making my drink the best, correct the first time, or is always quick to fix it if something is wrong! THEODORE is an amazing barista and my favorite to visit! Always super kind even when another customer is unfriendly to him, he always remains sweet! Whenever I come to UTC and want a coffee, I look for Theodore everytime!!! Thanks!

We just got coffees this visit.
The aroma is AWESOME in the area near Starbucks. We couldn't pass by without a coffee. ☕☕☕

My only complaint. I wanted hot tea and was told they would have to take the iced tea and heat it up. I've ordered the same tea for years and they just put a tea bag in hot water and let it steep. It's so simple, I don't get why I couldn't have hot tea. So I ended up having to get iced tea instead. Just odd.

Great service from the team here but I did notice the tables were quite dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.
We sat down for approx. 20 minutes and no one had cleaned them. I’m not knocking the staff as they were all hard at work serving and not chatting.

North Port Starbucks has become 'our' coffee place. Nice customer service, nice sitting area outside. Also when I get coffee to go, they're always friendly and go the extra mile

What can I say? Its Starbucks. The restrooms are clean, the coffee was perfect, they greet you with a smile, I just love that place.
Dunkin is wayyyyyy cheaper but you're paying for the service, quality of coffee, and experience.
