La Dona Donuts

La Dona made a donut tower (in place of a cake) for our November 2017 wedding, and our guests are STILL talking about how good the donuts were. Chelsea was so accommodating and lovely to work with, and helped us pick flavors that would work best with our wedding theme and weather. Having donuts rather than a cake made it easy for our guests to grab-and-go (to the dance floor, the bar, etc.) rather than having to sit down with a plate and a fork. I can't recommend La Dona enough!

My husband and I were so happy with La Dona Donuts when we placed an order with them for our wedding in Sarasota in April 2017. Chelsea worked with us to create a custom order of mini donuts with flavors that coordinated with our theme and our colors. They were absolutely beautiful and delicious, and our guests loved them. Chelsea was on time, very responsive and easy to work with - everything a bride wants in a wedding vendor. I would highly recommend La Dona for any donut / dessert catering needs.

LaDona Donuts did an outstanding job making our wedding on 9-10-16 very memorable. We still have family members that mention how amazing and creative it was to have their donuts instead of a traditional cake! They were a big hit at the wedding! Not to mention they tasted just as amazing as they looked! Not a single donut was left over! Also, We live in Colorado so having open communication was a must for us. At LaDona the owner Chelsea and her staff went above and beyond in making sure that they kept in contact with us, rather than trying to scramble to get ahold of them. They always had all of our information correct and our order was exactly right. My family members said that pick up was a breeze, the staff was extremely friendly, and the donuts traveled really well in the car. (I do believe they were picked up in a minivan to avoid stacking the boxes.) A suggestion I do have is option for delivery if it makes sense for your business. I may have been given this option as well but honestly do not remember. So thanks a million to LaDona Donuts for making our wedding planning that much easier, and for providing an amazing and delicious alternative to the boring ole wedding cake!!

The donut tier we ordered for our wedding was stunning and the donuts were delicious. Our guests couldn't stop talking about them! Chelsea is easy to work with and made the wedding planning easy. I would suggest considering a donut tier from La Dona instead of a wedding cake for an affordable, delicious alternative and a cool addition to a reception.

La Dona Donuts provided the dessert for our wedding and we (and our guests!) loved it! It was actually kind of last minute, we reached out about a month before the big day and they were SO accommodating. We had NO left over donuts, and all of the guests raved on how tasty they were :). This was definitely one of the best decisions on vendors that we made for our wedding. Highly recommend :).

This was my second visit to La Dona Donuts. We had some donuts several months ago when we were visiting during spring break. We knew we had to return again during this visit. We went earlier in the morning to ensure a full selection and we were not disappointed. The donuts are scratch made and fresh with some awesome flavors. The owner is great, very friendly service! I highly recommend you make a stop at La Dona if you are in Sarasota. FYI - you can preorder as well.

After my first experience, I would love to back. The owner/baker was very friendly and gave us a pleasant experience. The donuts are ridiculously expensive but also ridiculously good! If you're in for a treat, there isn't much difference between going to La Dona Donuts and going out for ice cream in the price. When you think about it, you may be getting a better experience for the same price!
