Chick-fil-a

This location struggles on delivery of their food quality. I am a very frequent Chic fil a guest and find this one often gives me 1/2 to 2/3 of a larger fries that is actually frie crumbles and a few good ones on top to make them look like a fair order. I don’t know how but their fillets are always smaller than any other location from here to Orlando. I catch myself being diaaappointed after placing my order and remembering I was at the fruitville Location. I get busy but your food has to meet the price 😟

I come in to this chick fil a every once in a while. I always order on the app so I won’t have to wait. Every once in a while my order has not been accurate. I did bring it to the attention of the staff each time and they are great with making up for it. But this restaurant should make a goal of improving the order accuracy

I only visit this Chick fil a, and most of the time is good. But today I ordered a 64 ct. chicken nuggets and 5 large fries. I asked if they were on the bag when it was handed to me, the employee said: “They should be at the bottom”. I failed on not checking since you are always busy and did not wanted to increase the line more than what it was. See attached, not trying to take advantage, but it was for my employees at work and I spent a good amount of money on it. The general manager ended up helping me out once I went back and everything is all clear👌🏽. Thank you!
