I would like to thank the downtown team for being so welcoming and kind and caring . Collin and his team always greet me with a smile and by name . They make sure my orders are right every time and they make sure to always wish me a great day . I work in customer service and this team kills it everyday . Wonderful place right on the corner of downtown Sarasota cozy Star Bucks with an outdoor area and is pet friendly. 90% of the seating indoor and outdoors is set up in a manor consistent with what appears to be ADA standards making it perfect for people in wheelchairs!

Warm and welcoming as soon as I came in the door. The barista was very friendly. He was polite. He made my beverage extremely quick. The location was very clean. As I got out to my car however, there was a gathering of homeless people beginning to camp out at the door right next to theirs.

More than wonderful, by mistake I made order online in a place far away from me, but they did not refuse to give me my request, and this indicates that the workers here are very active

It's incredible that in 2022 we still aren't respecting the people who serve us. It was saddening having to see a woman be racist to one of the workers who was trying to do her job. I love this store though and the service. Keep doing a good job guys!!

Starbucks has the most awesome baristas and employees. Doesn’t matter which one you go to. The place is immaculate and employee are always ready and happy to help and make suggestions. Their coffees and food are always fresh. I know there a bit expensive but the quality and experience merit the price
