Paleo Connection

Paleo connection is Becoming my favorite spot in Sarasota!! It’s delicious, unique and I always feel great after eating. I usually want to order every single item on the menu. The owner is a brilliant, talented, beautiful powerhouse! I look foreword to my weekly visit. The entrees, the desserts, the beverages... you cannot go wrong.

My wife and I found a perfect stop on our way to St. Pete through Sarasota! Our meal was the cauliflower mac & cheese with pulled pork. So much flavor and so much enjoyment! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The almond butter cookie cake was delightful and we demolished it in just a couple minutes. Well worth the extra couple minutes of a drive from the interstate!

This restaurant is AMAZING! I'm paleo and my family is not. They're not a fan of paleo food but reluctantly agreed to accompany me to lunch at the Paleo Connection. Our meals were incredible! So incredible in fact that my family still raves about it. The decor is earthy and the owner is warm and friendly. The menu is seasonal, made to order, locally sourced, free of everything you don't want to consume, anti-inflammatory, and DELICIOUS! If you haven't been or are thinking about going, my advice is JUST GO! Your tastebuds will thank you & so will your body.

Paleo Connection is a breath of fresh air. It makes really eating healthy the seamless thing ever. Who knew that I could eat sweet potato gnocchi and chocolate chip cookies within the same meal and not feel guilty at all??? I'm not saying you go paleo and stop counting calories but, you can say goodbye to feeling bloated and messing up your organism with processed products full of carcinogens. Thank you for your existence and I will still drive from Orlando and stop by after the beach just to eat here.

The food and service at Paleo Connection are phenomenal. Once you’ve had her food once, you’ll keep coming back for more and become a regular. Niki is amazing, sweet and wonderful. I’m so glad that I found her restaurant. Everything is organic,made from scratch and absolutely delicious. I’m telling all my friends and family about her place. You feel at home here, like family. On several occasions I've visited Paleo Connection to 'treat myself' for the week! I've visited for both lunch and dinner and have to say I've never left disappointed. All the ingredients are thoughtfully combined with all the freshest flavors and notes. The owner combines a professional culinary, dining experience, in a small-town feel location. Paleo Connection is certainly a hidden gem in Sarasota! I'd highly recommend it for first time visitors!

I have been here several times. I am a huge fan of the food as it is made fresh when ordered. Nothing processed and the quality is very apparent when you take the first bite. Nikki the owner is so nice and accommodating. To her credit she makes you very comfortable in her facility, as if you are dining at your own place. I highly recommend Paleo Connection to anyone looking for a Paleo friendly meal, or ANYONE just looking for great food!
