Roni's Cafe

My husband and I have been frequently eating at this establishment for almost three years now. They were the only place open during hurricane Irma and the food was so good we kept coming back! It was the first meal I had after giving birth to our daughter and now we bring her on a regular basis! We love the family that owns the place and we've gotten to watch their son grow up this last year! If you want delicious food, good service, and big hellos when you walk into the door, EAT here and keep coming back!

We go to Roni's for a yummy breakfast experience. Everything is fresh and delicious...especially the spinach and feta omelet which is my go to wherever I am eating out. The coffee is good too and I am picky. The overall value is excellent. Everyone working there is friendly. Don't hesitate to visit soon!

This place is one of the best treasures in Sarasota... Excellent food, friendly service, and a great value for the price. Hospitality is not just a word, it's a business model. You feel like you are eating at your grandma's house. I encourage everyone to eat here once, because when you do, it will not be the last time. Try the baklava, lemon chicken and rice soup, and the gyro. And the rueben. And the French fries. And the....well, you get the picture. I've never had a bad meal here. Keep a good thing going!!!

I walked into this restaurant for a to go order. It was early am. My first time. The server quickly and graciously took my order and told me to have a seat if I would like. I saw the owner or manager preparing for the day. I noticed his interaction with his staff. He spoke to each one with such respect. I saw patience....leadership...and a real team player. Waitstaff seemed happy and eager for the day. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience. After paying for my order I asked for the owner or manager. He came up and introduced himself as the owner. I told him I wanted to shake his hand because without even tasting the food I could tell this place was a class act. How he interacted with his staff was commendable and pleasing to hear. I WILL BE BACK with family and friends. Oh....and my meal was EXCELLENT.

I have ordered through bitesquad several times. Gyros are really really good. Juicy thick cuts of meat. Tzatziki really good. I have eaten inside several times as well and I must say the breakfast is pretty good. The only thing I would watch out for is the eggs benedict. I don't know how to describe how weird tasting and off-putting the dish was. I had a few bites, paid and left. I think it was made by someone who really doesn't know how to make eggs benedict. I was bewildered because the other dishes have been so tasty.
