Jpan Sushi & Grill

I ordered 3 original rolls. Philly, Spicy Tuna and Tampa roll. I thought that they were very good. Tasted fresh and for 10.00 per roll, I think that's a good price. My husband ordered Teriyaki Chicken because he's allergic to seafood but agrees to come with me for Sushi. He said it was about 3.5 stars. He's had a lot of Teriyaki Chicken in his life as he travels for work. I ordered the Pinot Noir from Willamette (excellent) and Sake (can't remember the kind) but it's chilled and cloudy. The Sake varieties were excellent! Service was excellent, atmosphere was great. I'll return for sure:) Oh, he also said the salad with ginger dressing was excellent!

*edited: Jpan reached out and rectified the situation with a refund and a promise to make sure proper training was in place. Which I am very pleased to hear because I do love this restaurant! Iv eaten here for years and always enjoyed it but yesterday I placed a to go order for when I got off work and when I got home with it I couldn’t help but notice how fishy it smelled and when I went to eat the salad that came with it there was mold all over the salad in multiple places. I ended up not being able to stomach the actual sushi after seeing the mold on the salad in fear of how fresh it could possibly be and ended up throwing it out and wasting 18$ :(

What a great experience. Received water right away and took our drink orders. Only another minute for cold beers. They knew about the UTC Prix Fix Special which was a steal btw. Sushi was amazing. Green Tea ice cream was a perfect end to the meal. Nice and refreshing. Waitress very attentive and a nice smile. I wish I recall her name.. I know it started with a K. If you are looking for good sushi and service, I highly recommend this place. The music was good as well.

Great casual restaurant. I had the bento box for lunch. I arrived at opening and was quickly seated. I ate outside and it's very nice and breezy. My server, Victor was the sweetest guy and kept making sure everything was alright. he even gave me a rebate on my bento box because I did not take the salad that goes along but took a seaweed salad instead. Music was light rock and pop, not too loud.
