Revised. 12/09/2023 Since the last time I was here service has improved and food is just as delicious. Thank you for the improvement.
Latin touch and atmosphere, delicious seafood and steak.
Revised: 11/16/2018 definitely slow service. Order a pallea for 4 and it took over an hour to get. Be careful with a tall bold Spanish Girl seems to have an attitude about why took so long.

Cute old world style decorations abound with leather menus and flickering lamps. Feels cozy with a distinctive South American vibe. Food is solid and the sandwiches are twins on ciabatta. Perfect for sharing!

The best Peruvian food in town. If you want to have a taste of Peru, this is the place you need to go. The food is very yummy.

One of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve ever been in US. Just amazing.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at El Patio Latino, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The authenticity of the Peruvian cuisine transported my taste buds to a whole new level. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine sense of hospitality from the staff.
The service was nothing short of excellent, with every need attended to promptly and courteously. It's evident that the team at El Patio Latino takes great pride in providing top-notch service to their guests.
What truly sets El Patio Latino apart is the ambiance. The entire restaurant is adorned with stunning furniture straight from Peru, creating an atmosphere that's not just delicious but culturally immersive. It's like taking a culinary journey through Peru without leaving your table.
But the icing on the cake was when the owner personally came out to chat with us. Their passion for Peruvian cuisine and dedication to creating an authentic experience was palpable. It was fascinating to hear about their journey, and it added a personal touch to the meal.
While it's unfortunate to hear that the location in Peru has closed, it's clear that El Patio Latino's presence in Barcelona, Spain, and Sarasota, Florida, is thriving. It's no surprise that people are flocking to experience this exceptional taste of Peru in such wonderful destinations.
In conclusion, El Patio Latino is a culinary gem that offers not just outstanding Peruvian cuisine but also a heartfelt welcome and an immersive atmosphere. Whether you're in Barcelona or Sarasota, this restaurant is a must-visit for food enthusiasts and anyone looking for a taste of Peru's rich culinary heritage.
(I forgot to take pictures before I started to eat, it was delicious)

Best restaurant we’ve tried since we moved to Florida. From the appetizer (Papa a la Huancaina) to the Seafood Paella and even the desserts were over the top! The service was excellent! We’re still here and I can’t wait to comeback!!! Highly recommended!!!

My brother talked me into going here. We had the whole rotisserie chicken, salad, soup and fries. All were really good, especially the salad , fries and chicken. I personally don't like eating chicken with skin. That was my only problem. They should give the option of serving the chicken with sauce without the skin.
The waitress & atmosphere were wonderful too!

Great restaurant, extremely good service, we loved everything and the paella💜(you can ask for salt if needed, was great for me, but my partner added a bit). Highly recommend.

Oh My Lanta! Stopped here for lunch because I saw the sign said Peruvian food, and I’m willing to try anything once. Can you say Yummm…. Delicious! My server is from Brazil 🇧🇷 and answered all my questions, and had suggestions. She brought me some roasted corn with a fresh spicy green pepper sauce to try. Very tasty. Chicke Tacu Tacu was out of this world. Topped off with Tostones. This Michigan girl would definitely come back! Give them a try. 😋
