Panera Bread

Super good, I’ve been coming here for years and the soup here never disappoints. I came with two friends, one of which had never eaten Panera before. He loved it! The atmosphere was nice and super chill, and the service was great! I ordered a salad, but the woman that took our order didn’t hear. Don’t blame her though because I have a quiet voice lol

Walked in for lunch and waited patiently. Then I noticed that it has been 10 mins after I ordered & others were getting their food but mine never came. I asked how much longer and was told a few more mins. At this point I was frustrated, the GM could tell I was upset. She offered to comp my meal for the inconvenience. I Can appreciate her (didn’t get her name) leadership skills for & knowing how to pivot. From one manager to another, I can applaud her for ensuring customer satisfactory. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU for your professionalism! Keep up the excellent work!! Date of visit: 6/23/22 Time: 11ish am Ordered: U pick two (chicken & rice soup and chicken chia stat sandwich)

*Update: I placed another order from this location, the order window had to be pushed back 10 minutes for some reason (app said it was due to the size of my order....for one large drink). The app gave me a different message this time and instructed me to walk in, grab a cup and take it to the fill stations to fill my drink, this is an improvement over my previous experience. Ordered a drink to go via mobile, app said the order was ready midway through the ten minute window,. I stood next to the pickup rack the entire time and the drink was never made, I waited until 2 minutes past the window to go to the counter and inquire, the young lady behind the counter asked me my name, then asked what I ordered, when I told her that it was a large drink she handed me a cup to take and fill at the drink station. Not going to kill me to fill my own cup for sure! But I ordered the drink to go so I could swing in and grab it after grabbing Chinese from next door. I will try this again tomorrow to see if it was a fluke or an issue and change my rating accordingly. 2 stars until I revisit- Panera, you can do better, you guys are the ‘to go’ people!

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at this Panera location. The staff was super friendly, especially Susana and the manager Dinesh was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was super clean, bathroom was well-maintained. We will definitely keep coming to this location. I highly recommend this Panera bread.
