Charming old-style diner run by hard working locals. The history is evident as the ambiance has not changed in well over 30 years but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. The charm is in its dedication to good food over impressive paint and tables. One can envision Elvis sitting in a booth with his team around him all chatting quietly eating some of the best sausage and gravy around! Eggs were sunny side up with the perfect runny consistency. Hash browns were fresh and delicate. Good coffee. Really enjoyed our first visit and easily became the daily family breakfast joint. The buttermilk pancakes were golden, moist and delicious. The whole wheat toast was that perfect nutty flavor.
Walk-to is best.

A cool little place. Been around forever. They are cash only. Their ATM charges 2.25 extra. You seat yourself so don't stand there being respectful bc there's no sign 🛑.

It's a 5 star experience if you're an Elvis fan for sure. Learning a little bit of the history of the place & seeing the counter space where Elvis ate at is interesting, along with all the memorabilia. Keep in mind, he ate there in 1956. There have not been many "updates" since, other than the "expansion". Be sure to ask about that. You have to outside to use the locked bathrooms. Well worth the trip. Several regulars that are locals were dining there. Definitely has that locally owned & operated family diner vibe.

Solid old-time vibes with a dash of Elvis in the building. It was good eating after my charity event in the park...

This place is hard to find; look for the sign with a drawing of Elvis Presley (who ate here in 1956), on the corner of Washington and Brother Geenan Way, across from Payne Parkway and the Ford dealer.
But the breakfast was very good: a Greek Omelet (no onions) with hash browns and orange juice, and the extensive Elvis memorabilia is worth the trip!
$15 with tip.

Walk through the door, and you're stepping back in time. This historic place looks like it has probably never changed. With Elvis memorabilia everywhere, it plays to the fact that the King ate there. What's most notable is the very good food, the friendly atmosphere, and the reasonable prices. I had the "All Shook Up" Omelet and it was wonderful... light, fluffy, and packed with veggies, meat, and cheese. This is a fun spot. Bring cash... no credit cards accepted.

This place is just fun! Elvis ate here twice and we're still talking about it. This diner will remind you of your childhood.
