Food was great, sliders are great, hometown local diner feel, and Mary is an awesome server. My only reason for leaving 4 stars is the sweet potato fries - they were $4 for six fries. The sliders were three for $5.

I stayed in Sarasota for a few days and found this diner near me. I was very impressed with the employees. Very respectful and attentive. Breakfast food was perfect and service was great. The diner is very clean and bright and prices are excellent. Notably, this is the first time in 50 years that I ordered a toasted English muffin and it was cooked EXACTLY PERFECT. Yeah!! Loved this place and most definitely will go again!

I ordered the Mexican omelette. Not my favorite because I didn't realize there was chili in it but that wasn't their fault. Everyone else LOVED their order. I'm getting eggs Benedict next time. Because my husband said it's incredible as well as the biscuits and gravy.

Short staffed and slow to get the food, but the waitress was pleasant and handled being over worked well.
Ordered breakfast food. Greasy but this is a greasy spoon restaurant.
Overall decent experience.
Recommend if you want diner food with a diner vibe.

This restaurant reminds me of an old diner set in a shopping center at the corner of Tuttle and Bee Ridge. I love it, brings back memories of yesteryear. There isn’t a big turnover in staff here. So as a regular they know you by name. You are always greeted with a beautiful smile. They have daily specials.Infact they put the entire months dinner specials on the board (see attached picture)
The food is like getting home cooked. The prices are reasonable. (See photo of the menu.) They stay pretty busy but I’ve never had to wait long.
If you want to feel like yesteryears receive great home like food and at a reasonable price I give this a solid 5 stars.
