The staff really goes above and beyond!! Amidst the humidity and heatwave, my sister and I came in to get cold bottled waters. One of the staff members offered to put ice into our Hydroflasks and pour more water into them so that we had enough. I didn’t catch her name but she had very vibrant and bright pink hair (which was very cool and fit her perfectly!) We literally talked about how nice a gesture that was for the entire day. Thank you for making our day and keeping us hydrated!!! <3

As someone that works on the circle and understands how stressful it can be, I appreciate the staff always being friendly and courteous to me and my staff. Cari remembers our names and always is so kind and talks to us when we come in to escape our workplace. Truly a phenomenal worker and always pleasant when I see her working.

I am a tenured partner at a store in Indiana & this is the Starbucks I go to every single time I’m in Florida. I’ve been going to Longboat for 23 years & been a partner for 6… this Starbucks is consistently clean, accurate, fast, and above all so incredibly friendly. Always, no matter who’s working or how many years it’s been. Consistently amazing !!

Great location to pop thru when I’m in the area. Parking is rather difficult if you’re coming to the area JUST for coffee. Staff is always friendly. Public restroom for guests. Small inside area with 2 tables. Outside patio area has a few extra tables and space.

I had a good experience here. Not busy when I arrived. Wait was reasonable and drink was as ordered.... Iced Americano with vanilla sweet cream foam on top. Service was cordial... Nothing over the top but not rude either.

Visited this location multiple times while on vacation. They had odd hours (7am-3pm), but I overheard someone say they are short handed and trying to hire more employees to be open later. Very small store, so don’t be alarmed if the employee asks you to wait outside until some guests exit the store. For the most part, the drinks and food were good. The customer service could use some friendliness added. The mobile order ahead app worked the first day we were there, and then they shut it down. (Maybe also due to lack of employees?). Took long(ish) time to get drinks, but again giving them benefit of the doubt as they were supposedly short handed.

I visited this location three times while on a short work trip. I wasn't thrilled to be traveling right now, but I was glad that staff here were on board with mask use and quite friendly. I was helped by a nice girl named Tricia all three visits and she did a fantastic job making me feel welcome while I was under a bit of stress. Kudos to her for making my visit more enjoyable and the reason I came back to this location.

The new cashier, Michael was wonderful, so I confidently give 4 stars. Otherwise the rest of the staff was quite rude, and only because we joked around with Michael so he would feel less stressed (would give less stars but Michael was really great!).
