Blue Moon Grill

Was looking for a place to eat online and decided on the Blue Moon Grill.....we were not disappointed. We ordered Chicken Frances and Shrimp Oreganato. Both were absolutely delicious. It was entertaining watching the preparation of the meals and to know everything was made fresh. Meals were very reasonable and staff wonderful. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Will be going back before our return home.

This place is my absolute favorite! The owner is so welcoming. The food is delicious, fresh and affordable. The restaurant itself is clean and simple, but modern and rustic. Being born and raised here in Sarasota, I can definitely say this is a small gem that shouldn’t be passed up! Oh, and you HAVE to get their spinach and artichoke dip! 👍🏻

You know those days , when you are too tired to cook and clean up, but are hungry and want that really fresh , good tasting food? The Blue Moon Grill was a surprise for me . Small place, in a strip mall.... but the minute you walk in you smell these great aromas! Then you order, great waitress, we got to pick anywhere to sit. Ordered the spinach artichoke dip, house favorite, I totally see why...delicious, fresh homemade taste all the way. Pita served with it was great! Main course was big so we split it, Shrimp Oreganato...so good, fabulous white wine sauce, taste the fresh cilantro and lemon throughout the dish .......generous portions , logical pricing, just good food! We will be back. Thanks for the good eats☺️

Stumbled upon the Blue Moon Cafe at lunchtime today. The place was very cute inside and well decorated. They had a variety of options on the menu that all looked good! I ate with two friends and we all loved our meals eating every last bite!! Our waitress was friendly and attentive and we never needed to ask for anything as she was quick and proactive at providing us with condiments and drink refills. The chefs were friendly too, greeting us upon entry and exit. I will definitely return!

I had the burger and fries and it was outstanding. The fries were hot and the burger was done correctly. The place is very comfortable for single. Service was outstanding. Courtney kept my glass full and was obviously a professional server. Reasonably priced. I would go more often if I lived closer. If you live or visit in Sarasota you should check it out.

We just googled and found this place close by. Small, but nice neighborhood atmosphere. Great service from Amanda! We had the house sandwich and a burger - both were very good! If you are looking for very good food with a beer or glass of wine this is a great choice. Not upscale - just comfortable, clean and friendly.

The menu was not only unique, but pleasantly comforting with just the right touches of familiar foods. The wait staff was not only friendly but also prompt, and knowledgeable. The owner was NOT at the end of the bar drinking and yucking it up, but was behind the line, which you can see, cooking up a storm and ensuring the quality he envisioned was being met. The restaurant was also cozy, clean, and reasonably priced. This is one of those places where you can eat 2 or 3 times a week and not get bored.
