What can you ever criticize Chick-fil-A for other than they're too busy.
Tried the Honey Pepper Pimento chicken sandwich, and it was better than anticipated.

Always so crowded and we waited almost 30 minutes the last visit to get through the line and receive food. My kids love it so we will come back, just wish there was a way to make line move faster.

Chicken mini biscuits were missing the honey on top and hashbrowns were soggy. I know you are trying to be quick and efficient but quality is more important.

Ordered online for in store pickup and it was easy and extremely efficient - I did not have to wait at all upon arrival! Food was delicious and of high quality, as always. The new pimento sandwich is incredible!
