Once again this place has never disappointed me. Ever! And I have been coming here for about 17 years now and is my favorite restaurant in the world. I used to live in Sarasota but now I live in Daytona (3 hours away) and come down here at least every 2-3 months just for the food. Sushi is my favorite food and out of all the sushi I gave had in my life Ichiban Sarasota has the most fresh fish and ingredients. Also their rolls are unique and have a TON of flavor. My favorite roll is the Nathan roll. Very basic but has the most interesting flavor

A tasty, all-you-can-eat sushi sit-down restaurant. Service was attentive. Privacy is limited as the building is small and tables are quite close together. All menu items are not a part of the all-you-can-eat, but can be ordered for an upcharge.

I ordered take out since was lacking time to go there in person. It wasn’t the best sushi I ever ate but it was good sushi. I saw they had an all you can eat sushi menu which sounds amazing, might have to check that out in person later. My Beef with Chinese vegetables tasted great and the meat was properly prepared.
Sadly did not get any soy sauce included, and only 3 chopsticks so had to do a quick Walmart run either way to pick that up. Next time will specify better if I’ll be ordering take out again.

I love ichiban, the staff is great I have never had any issues there, and the sushi is always fresh. The wait time for food is pretty quick as they make it to order and they are always busy. Honestly I can't take a weekend without going and getting my fill. I'm glad they are still around and can't wait for the years to come.

I went for lunch by myself and sat at the bar. The waitress was so sweet and helpful! They have a lot of great combo/box options and she helped me settle on one. I knew I liked the Alaskan coming in but I also branched out and tried 3 others. All of the rolls were incredible with even ingredients and delicious! Bummed I don’t have a sushi spot like this at home

We have tried Ichiban a couple of times now as a dine in and as a pick up destination. Never had any issues with with situation. I love the fact that when you order large amounts that the label the lid of where what roll(s) is where on the platter. Haven’t tried a sushi roll I haven’t liked yet. The soups are great, presentation is always top notch especially for a restaurant that has very reasonable prices considering the prices of other near by restaurants with similar dishes. When picking up they always provide plenty of sauces for dipping. I would highly recommend giving them a try as I know we will continue to eat here as well.

We had a nice experience here at Ichiban Restaurant & Sushi. We dined at the bar. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and served quickly. They have a lunch special that is very reasonably priced. I will return! Thanks

Ichiban is a hidden gem! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The chefs are personable and the food is delicious. I love going for the AYCE (because they have hand rolls and it’s an amazing deal) - it never disappoints and always leave satisfied. Thanks Tony and Reagan!
