The Alpine Steakhouse & Butcher Shop

I went here recently for my bachelor's party and had an excellent time with my friends. I've been here many times and the food never disappoints. The service can sometimes differ but the servers are always quick to get to your table and are very friendly. On this most recent occasion one of my friends has a particular dietary plan he has to follow and the cooks did an excellent job with preparing his food so that he could enjoy his time as well. Overall this is an excellent place even if it's smaller than some of the big chains it's definitely worth coming here to enjoy an excellent steak.

One of the best Cheese Steaks in town! Stopped by to get 2 to go and it was fast and priced right. Just the right amount of everything to make these delicious and the bread was phenomenal, leading me to believe it is either baked in house or sourced locally. Will definitely be back to try dine in dinner, I have been driving past this place for years without stopping in and regret not doing so sooner. Very clean dining room and the staff was super friendly.

Ordered a half turducken roll for Thanksgiving. It arrived in excellent condition here in hot Florida. From Sarasota to Tampa. It was well wrapped in a foam container with lots of cold packs and was frozen solid! Yeah! Awesome! Great job! We thawed it for our Thanksgiving dinner (afterwards freezing it some more upon arrival since it was too early - we ordered it early purposely). The only downfall was that the turkey and duck were a bit tough, dry, and not juicy or tender. The instructions said to “cover it with the parchment paper” (which they nicely included), but I believe we should have “wrapped” the roll in it to ensure it came out juicy. I’m not sure though. We tented the roasted pan with the included foil after covering it with parchment paper and followed the instructions, but still it was dry and tough on the outside. Nonetheless, the inside was tender and the entire roll is absolutely delicious! The stuffings inside are awesome and the smell is like heaven! We may try it again, and perhaps call them for instructions on what it means to “cover with parchment paper” to understand if that means wrap it tight or just cover the roll and pan. We added our own gravy to the side to make it moist, but didn’t help much.

Excellent meal at a very affordable price. The service was beyond excellent. If you need meat the butcher shop is in the same building. German beers are worth the visit. Still as good as ever! Ordered a shrimp cocktail and it was never served. Never ask for additional drinks or dessert. Waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

This steakhouse is more like a Deli than a proper steakhouse. The place operates during the same hours as the restaurant and impresses with the freshness and quality of their food: steaks, salads, hamburgers, and sausages - all very fresh and worth coming back for a takeout dinner. As for the restaurant itself, it can't be considered the best experience in recent times: the waitstaff is either very busy or indifferent, but both give off a fast-food vibe rather than a steakhouse, as the restaurant positions itself. I'd recommend it for a quick bite, but nothing more.

My boyfriend’s favorite place to eat is here, so I called to make a dinner reservation for 14 for his birthday and they were so nice and accommodating. We had an excellent server who got everyone’s meals right and the checks first try which is hard to do! He was very nice and even cut up our cake and served it. Excellent food, atmosphere and we can’t wait to see the remodel! Thank you Alpine!
