Honestly, we have yet to visit this establishment but seeing as though the owner is standing up to the Marxists among us, this place gets my highest marks across the board. Will be eating there on Saturday and giving them our full support. God bless this place and I will add additional commentary once we have partaken in food debauchery.

The food was good but very pricey for what you got and this was on the early bird specials. My husband had the fish and chips and he got 3 small pieces of haddock which he said he would never order again as it wasn't that great. You get better deals and more fish at other places. I had sirloin steak and that was good and it was tender.

Absolutely great seafood and at a reasonable price, they aren't a chain restaurant, and it tells by the quality and quantity of the food. Trudy waited on us and was more than happy to explain each item we asked about. She was so helpful and just downright friendly. The portions were large and everything was fresh. The crab cakes were fantastic (almost as good as my wife's, almost) and the bouillabaisse was by far one of the best I've had in Florida in quite some time. The Cajun Gumbo was wonderful but not nearly as spicy as I like but Trudy got me a bottle of Tabasco and I kicked in up to my spicy heat level and enjoyed it. Nice family dining and a nice family restaurant. Next time we are in Sarasota we will definitely have supper there. Being a native Floridian of 73 years old it's nice to still have a great family seafood restaurant like this in Florida.

Food was amazing! I tend to be pretty hard to impress and I can say I was a little worried when we walked in. The inside is not fancy at all. We went around 3-4pm and it was not busy. Service was good. My kids had spaghetti and chicken fingers. They ate a lot and all agreed it was very good. I had grouper fingers and fries and it was excellent. My husband had grouper with lemon, garlic, angel hair pasta and it was delicious. My in laws had salmon and seafood strudel. We were all so impressed with the food. A hidden gem for sure!
