The vegan sushi was just outstanding.... Thank you for the creativity! The flavors were amazing...even to my carnivore friend...he said he woke up thinking about it 😁😁 The Burmese bowl needed a LOT LOT of added things to make it flavorful but finally got there in the end. As for service ....try not to get Snarky Sean. He literally sucked the whole time and was so completely unpleasant. Ambience is absolutely lovely and I love the food and menu concept a lot : here's a bunch of amazing plant based food and you can add a protein if you must .😉 Only other note ....can't wait for inflation to go down and make healthy food more affordable. But thank you for the delicious option. ♥️

This is gluten free and dairy free heaven. This meatball special was delicious, the pasta was filling and the meatballs are one of a kind! I appreciate the gluten free bread being served with vegan butter! No need to take my lactose pills🥳 The blueberry cashew cheesecake had seed granola as the base giving a nice crunch. The dessert was 10/10 and I am not a blueberry fan😁 I’ll be back to try the other desserts.

The restaurant was a nice laid back atmosphere. Our waiter was great, he explained the menu and gave us great suggestions. I ordered the Burmese bowl which was very bland at first but the waiter brought out some fish sauce that brought the dish to life. The presentation of the food was very nice. The food was pretty pricey but I guess that’s the price you pay for healthy clean eating.

I love to share my food experience with other people, as local guide I write reviews and share photos of the best restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias and caffes I have tried during my world trips. I travel a lot and it allows me to try many places in US and abroad. Especially I love to try vegetarian dishes, even I’m not 100%, but only about 80% vegetarian. Surprisedly I found this very nice place almost next to my house in Sarasota. It’s not so easy to find restaurant with a very good sushi, colorful and 100% vegan in such small town like Sarasota. If you’re looking for a phenomenal not only vegetarian lunch or dining experience, look no further than LILA. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. I’ve dined at Lila several times and have never been disappointed – it’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover (not only vegetarian).
