H2o Bistro

Stayed at the Hotel last weekend, and just had to try breakfast here in the morning. I was not disappointed! It was great. They are open for breakfast and dinner. Wife had a pizza one night and I had to sneak a piece for myself. She didn't want to share it was so good. She also said the burger (the next night) was really good. Cheryl, our server, was personable and engaged with us just the right amount! She also was always around just in case we needed something.

This restaurant is inside the lobby area of the Hotel Indigo. I'm not sure of all the hours, but this is a Friday night and they are closing at 9pm, not 11p as Google states. I had the Flounder Alfredo Florentine and it was delightful. Enough sauce to use on the veggies but not so much it was drowning. Perfect amount for me. Potatoes were tender and tasty. The service was better than the food. I sat in the corner to get work done. She was not overbearing, but she did check in me and refilled my water as needed, which was appreciated. I was staying at the hotel and ate there out of convenience but was pleasantly surprised!
