Beckham's On The Trail

I come here one to two times a month. The food is always delicious and fresh. I have celiac’s and have never been glutened. It is so nice to have a go-to restaurant that takes such cafe to prevent cross contamination. Tonight we had EDDIE as our waiter. He is NEW—we had the BEST SERVICE from him. He had such a great attitude and was extremely attentive. Unfortunately, he had a huge table of 12 people behind us that were extremely rude to him and you could tell he was flustered. They were feeding off of that nervous energy and it was horrible to witness. How you treat your server says everything about what kind of person you are. Please, please be kind to your waitstaff. They are doing the best they can to serve you. Be kind!

Upon arrival we asked for outdoor seating but were told that there was already too many people out there already, not a big deal. The gentleman that seated us was very nice and even inquired about how cold it gets in Michigan, which is where we are from. Our waitress Heidi was amazing! Not only did she pass the vibe check, she made our experience better by being herself! The food was delicious, my wife got the blackened Mahi Mahi sammich and I got the chicken bacon cheese. If we were locals or if we ever come back to the area we will definitely be going back!
