Carrabba's Italian Grill

I typically eschew national chain restaurants in favor of locally owned and operated chef driven establishments. I visited Carrabbas today for a quick bite. The website ordering process is atrocious so I called the restaurant and spoke with Kelsey. I place my order and waited patiently. The food was excellent but really it could have even been horrible and I wouldn’t complain because the service was so good. More companies need to realize we don’t care about your latest invention: we want decent products served by people who actually care about our business. Kelsey is a shining star in a sea of sadness in the population of restaurant workers, I spent ten years in the industry I understand. Thank you Carrabba’s, thank you Kelsey!

First off when you walk in the smell of Traditional Italian food is through the air. We had a large party (10) and we were accommodated. They set us up quickly and our server was fantastic. The food was cooked properly as ordered and came out quickly. We asked for a special accommodation to have our little ones served ASAP they were hangry! Their food came out quickly and perfect. Great Italian choices on the menu.

An amazing dinner experience! The service was friendly, professional and prompt. The food was delicious, served quickly and at perfect temperature. My Mahi Mahi, soup, house salad and mashed potatoes were delectable! The prize was very fair. The noise level is quiet and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Carrabas on Stickney to any of my family and friends.

I just had a fantastic meal at Carrabba's in Sarasota! Ordering from their app was a breeze, and I really liked that I could pay right at the drive-thru. It made everything so convenient. Let me start with the Shrimp Scampi. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot-on, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. I would go back just for that dish. My husband ordered The Johnny Trio, and he was all smiles. He raved about the 10oz Sirloin, which was cooked just the way he likes it. The Mezzaluna pasta and Caesar Salad that came with it were also top-notch. He cleaned his plate. As for me, I went for the Linguine Pescatore, and boy, was it a winner! The seafood was so fresh, and the pasta was cooked al dente. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and I couldn't get enough of it. It definitely hit the spot. Now, let's talk about the Lobster Ravioli. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. We were disappointed because there was no sign of any lobster inside. It was a letdown, and neither of us enjoyed it. We ended up tossing it in the trash. On the bright side, the staff at Carrabba's in Sarasota were friendly and helpful. Our order was ready on time for curbside pickup, and everything was handled smoothly. In summary, Carrabba's is a great choice if you're craving delicious Italian food. The Shrimp Scampi, The Johnny Trio, and the Linguine Pescatore were all hits. Just be cautious with the Lobster Ravioli – it didn't deliver on the lobster flavor.
