It was almost one week after Irma hit and boy were we craving Mexican.I had the best Chili Relleno > and the beans were so tasty and creamy.My husband had the burrito combo plate with a taco.He said it was really good and he was happy he picked the queso sauce.The salsa �choices are great too!! But I need to write about the service. I have had good service and bad service at so many places.I work in the industry.Well Robin our server from Georgia with no power still at her house> ( I asked if she had power) ) Was one of the best servers I've ever encountered. I'm not kidding!!! She had a smile on her face �the whole time and we never had to ask for refills.It was such a delicious meal> but what made it so nice and relaxing was our server!! Can't wait to go back! To our>>> new favorite Mexican restaurant.���
I've been to many mexican restaurants, but this has the best beef tacos by far! i highly recommend the beef barbacoa tacos. so tender and delicious!
What can you say about a restaurant that excels the day after a hurricane brushes by the coast? They opened at 11:00 with one server and she managed to keep everybody happy! The food was fantastic. Nice big portions. Wonderful salsa. Homemade chips. Next time I am down in Sarasota not for a hurricane I will return here.

Absolutely fantastic Mexican food at a fair price. Staff was kind and service was quick. Everything was home made and delicious. My wife and I loved it and will be back very soon.
Best authentic Mexican food in the city! Adrian was very hospitable and kind. The prices were excellent for the quality and quantity of food and the chimichangas in specific were exceptional! Their specialty queso was also warm, rich, and creamy. Great veggie options, too. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
Awesome dinner, we have been to the one in Adrian, Michigan a bunch of times so when we learned about one in Sarasota we had to try it. We have taco plates, chips and cheese and yummy salsa. Our waitress had a adorable helper with her, everything was awesome, the service was excellent. For the Michigan people going to dine here the cheese for the chips and cheese is a little different but still really good.
They serve food well after 9. Every night. Enchiladas with queso sauce are amazing. There are food and drink specials everyday. Thursday my golden margarita was I think 9 Where else can you get that. The Barbacoa tacos were great.
We sat in a very comfortable booth in the bar area. Our server, Jesse was everything you want in a server- friendly, paid the right amount of attention to us, was inconspicuously always available, and the order was correct! In other words he did his job.
The chips were served hot! Our individual salsa bowls were refilled frequently.
Guacamole fresh ✅. Tacos tasted as if grandma just made the shell. Excellent! Rice wasn’t your typical Mexican restaurant, it was much better. Beer was good too.
We stopped for a quick lunch. It was quick and yummy, we got chips, salsa and queso and taco plates for lunch. The queso was on the spicy side today. For lunch and not to busy the service was a little lacking. The restrooms are clean 😊.

Wow, just wow. About the best Mexican food I have ever had. It is extremely favorable and nicely priced. You definitely have to go check this place out.
