They make delicious sandwiches, but the service here is truly terrible. I literally just waited 27 minutes in the drive through today before I left. You can't make someone wait in your drive through for almost a half hour after taking their order. At the very least you need to tell them there is an extended wait time! To add context, there was ONE car in front of me. When I left they still had not received their order. And i had to back out, remove an orange cone someone had placed behind me (so obviously something war wrong inside, but no one bothered to let me know). Note, today was particularly bad, but this is not the first time I've had excessive wait times in their drive through of 15 to 20 minutes or more. I love their sandwiches enough I've been willing to risk the hit and miss service from time to time. But, it's been bad enough lately, they're losing me. Note, I had an engagement I had to get to, so I could not just keep waiting. I didn't leave just because I was frustrated. Fortunately no one else was behind me so I even had the ability to leave.

It’s currently 7:45pm as I’m writing this, keep in mind they say they are open until 8:00pm. Just drove across town to come get my family dinner and we get here and the girl says “sorry we are closed because our cutting boards are covered in bleach right now so we can’t make any sandwiches” and I said “so you’re saying you closed early? It says you’re open until 8” and she said “we are open until 8 but we are supposed to put our cutting boards away to soak in bleach at 7:30 so we can’t make any sandwiches” what a joke. If you can no longer make sandwiches after 7:30, then don’t say you’re open until 8. I love supporting small businesses and really enjoyed coming here but you just lost another customer due to your workers cleaning up early.

I love the old staff! Especially Brennan! We just recently went over and they served at least two people that ordered after me, before I got mine, and my brother that was two ordered before mine didn’t get his until about 15 minutes after mine. When I asked about our food, I got yelled at. We can understand a busy day and wait time, but good customer service and first in first out is always a good idea. 😊 Foods great though!
