Jen-Jen is so sweet! My boyfriend and I love to visit and chat with her when she’s making our bagels. There’s a lot of bad reviews about snappy customer service, but my advice would be to try to talk to the person behind the counter as a person, and not to just place your order.. your experience might be a lot better.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid because the sourdough bagels are to DIE for. One of my most favorite things to eat! But I don’t come here often, so it stays a place i’m excited for everytime!

Strongest Coffee and the ABSOLUTE BEST Bagels in Sonoma county!
The bagels are a bit pricey, but worth it. Quirky Mei, never fails to brighten my day! She's extremely misunderstood. Her poor English often comes across as rudeness. Truth be told, she's the reason I keep coming back!

Been there many times over the years since I work in the shopping center, the staff is very friendly, the food is the healthiest and freshest in the shopping center.

I don't know what these other people have experienced, but the people who work here are awesome. Very nice. They are short staffed so when it's busy, it's frantic, but that is to be expected. Maye is the best.
