I'll remove one star because the place was really dirty. Doesn't look that they clean that often. The coffee of course is really good.

First I'm a Peet's fan! However, this downtown SR Peet's is more like the TV version of 'Cheer's'. The staff is so friendly, polite and tend to know your name if you are semi-regular customer. The baristas seem to aim to please no matter what kind of drink you wish to have.

Offer only one coffee which was house blend 2 urns and 1 no caffeine offered to pour what I wanted take approx 5 minutes. I am a Peet's fan but was disappointed. This is not first time.

Friendly staff & I was told if you bring your empty coffee cup back from rhe same day, it's a lot cheaper for second cup, great customer service.

Peet's in downtown Santa Rosa is always great. Staff is always welcoming and efficient and the drinks are always made fresh and taste that way. I also get ground beans -- always ground on order -- and they're great, too. Despite how busy this Peet's usually is the staff manages to keep it very clean and well supplief. A+.

I recently moved into the area from out of state. As you know, finding one's favorite coffee bar is a rather personal thing. It is a negotiation between several factors. Although I don't think this is my ideal place, it's the best I've found so far in the area.
