Review Domino's Pizza - Santa Paula

The staff is always great and polite. The food is good as expected. I hope this domino’s location pays well and has adequate staffing because every time I’ve gone in for pickup, there is usually one person frantically running around. Your employees are the reason you’re profitable, so I truly hope they’re compensated a living wage and provided adequate staffing ratios.

Santa Paula may be a small town, but it keeps this Domino's BUSY! Great customer service at pick-up and delivery. Timely. Good coupons online if you have an account -worth setting up! The only downside to this location is the small and awkward parking lot, but ordering ahead for pick-up gives you the best deals and curbside pick-up helps you get in and out quickly even when the store front is crazy busy.

Just one time I had an order gone to the wrong address instead of asking them if I live there. They just handed them my order to the wrong house. I have called them of my order and they explained me what happened to my order and once again I received my order without any charges 🙃

App said our pizza was delivered and it was never delivered! I called the store to see where it was & spoke to ALFRED, he said he would help me out and after speaking to the driver he told me that it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. He had told me he was going to make it again and have it sent out in 25 mins and I asked him if he could do anything to help me out because of the inconvenience and he told me there’s nothing he can do, and hung up on me. So I called back to speak to a “manager” and guess who the manager was, Alfred! Lol I asked why he hung up and he said because I was rude and he didn’t want to serve me anymore! as a person who does customer service all the time, he should’ve been a lot more helpful! Ridiculous, get it together domino’s! Never coming here again.

Order a Handmade pizza and the dough was raw don't recommend it...Little Cesars instead..I would give no starts if I could

Really good pizza! The crust was not too thin or too thick, not drowned in sauce. We had Hawaiian with pineapple and ham and added bacon. We also got an order of chicken bites, very tasty!
