Review Del Taco - Santa Paula

Went to this place for the first time since my husband moves animals to different places so we desides to get something to eat on our way home found this place as we goint our food we left and i got my son a kids meal i got him the quesadilla meal i opened it cus one it wasnt hot at all and 2 this is what i saw when i opened it ! 🤢🤮 Thank God my son didnt eat it !

This Del Taco needs to do a little better with hygiene. Specifically, based on what I witnessed, they need to be retrained regarding gloves. The kid who helped me took my order wearing his blue gloves, touching the digital register. He made my burger wearing those gloves, touched other food and loaded my to-go bag. He wore the same gloves for everything, and strikes me as someone who wears the same gloves all day. He was also wearing a mask over his mouth, but not his nose, so he didn't give the impression that he cared about policy or regulations. Lastly, the food was just ok. The fries were overcooked, as they had been sitting a long time, and everything was just a little under par. I was not impressed.

HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT del taco Starting off with a workers side on average there is about 2-3 people working one and the Cashier and one cook. It’s difficult when it comes to Multiple people from dine and Drive-thru. Especially when you order fiesta pack or a LARGE order. Understand that they do there best and for the cook give him/her props dealing with it. And I’m sure you would be overwhelmed if you where a cook to dealing with this. I hear many people say the place is dirty. Well depending on how busy is gets it’s the Community that is responsible for trash and filth within the dine. Kinda like respect for your own home you wouldn’t like to have people over and have a mess all over the place. Food is your opinion not everyone like the same thing and if it’s not the way to like it, then ask respectfully and kindly to the person in front and they would gladly remake your order. From my experience I ordered a Epic Cail bacon Burrito but didn’t want Sour cream. They let me have my burrito and remade a new one so a plus on me for 2 for a price of one lol 😂.

I noticed on the drive-thru receipt that i had been rung up for something different than i ordered. i asked the woman working if this was what i ordered or something else. she said it was what i ordered. i said “so it has no cheese or sour cream?” she says yes. 20 mins later on my drive i bite into a burrito full of cheese and sour cream. I call and say i was given the wrong thing. she says no that’s exactly what you ordered. then proceeds to yell at me and hang up.

It's fine for a on the- go quick pit stop to eat. Busy drive in. Best to eat in like I did. I was busy moving on my UHaul rented truck relocating. Same stop they have a car wash there with assistance which it's cool. Decent car wash prices. Not bad

Food is great but takes a very long time to get. There's usually only 2 people there at a time when I go.

What can you say about Del Taco I'm giving it a five for fast food it's rather good
