Just went in to have dinner at Carl’s Jr. in Santa Paula. When I asked if the bathroom was open so I could wash my hands before dinner. I was told that they were out of order. They happen to have two restrooms and they are both out of order? Makes me wonder where the employees wash their hands.
fries are perfect. if you want your burger with more than just a lettuce dressing, than add extra. the single leaf isn't enough for me.best carls jr.

Food is always good . No issues with my order. Drive thru is usually fast every time I've gone.
Hands down the BEST! The staff was so friendly and awesome!!!! We arrived and ordered about 15 minutes till close, we didn't realize till after we orders! They said they didn't mind and for us to sit down and relax! The pizza was seriously the Best! We will for sure be returning here!!!
Being in the area and in the mood for pizza decided to try this place based on all reviews.
First I must say that I have been to most pizza places in NYC. Also this review is based on the fact the pizza is a little cold since it took around 30 min. To get home after picking it up.
Horrible customer service. Had not been here in ages. Now I remember why ... Please train staff in customer service.
